Refund Policy

1. Refund Eligibility

We strive to provide high-quality services and resources. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may be eligible for a refund under certain conditions outlined below.

2. Digital Products

For digital products and downloadable resources, refunds may be issued within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or accessed the content. Once you have downloaded or accessed digital content, refunds cannot be processed due to the nature of these products.

3. Courses and Programs

For courses and programs, you may request a refund within 7 days of enrollment if you have completed less than 20% of the course content. We may ask for feedback on why the course did not meet your expectations.

4. Coaching and Consultation Services

For coaching or consultation services, cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session may be eligible for a full refund or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance may not be eligible for a refund.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please contact our support team at support@healedandwhole.studio with your order details and reason for the refund request. We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method used for the purchase.
